ROGER ANDRADE
BENG(Civil), MIEAust, RPEQ
Principal Civil Engineer
The founder and the director of Civil Works Engineers, Roger has an extensive experience in engineering design, project development, project management and project administration.
He has a strong reputation for his meticulous attention to detail on behalf of the clients and is a strong two-way communicator.
Roger operates with ease on residential, commercial and industrial construction development projects, including civil engineering design, roads and engineering services, storm water drainage, building services and water-sensitive urban design.
Jay has over 21 years of experience in consulting engineering as a civil designer, project lead drafter and project manager.
He has developed strong appreciation for both design and construction projects, combining his versatile skill-set with well-balanced technical knowledge.
Jay is our Design Manager and CPESC.
Kleber has had over 15 years of experience in the art of business administration. Kleber is a driven individual who provides significant positive impact in the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business, ensuring the delivery of the projects to an exceptional industry standard. Kleber has also led the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Manual System within the Organisation in accordance to ISO 9001:2015.
Leandro graduated in Business Administration in 2001 and has gained considerable experience working in companies both overseas and in Australia. He is responsible for helping the Administration team with the daily management of Administration and Integrated management system.
Andreas joined our team in 2015. Since then, he has gained considerable experience in the Development Approval support documentation, such as, preparation of preliminary design, stormwater management plan and flood modelling. He has also gained experience in inspecting works during construction, reviewing progress claim and managing contract administration. Andreas is also an accredited engineer with Unitywater so he has managed preparation and lodgement of Unitywater applications.
David joined us in 2015 and has since developed strong earthworks and road design abilities to assist our team delivering medium and large size projects. David’s expertise includes preparation of detailed design drawings for subdivisions, townhouses and commercial sites.
Joshua joined us in 2015 and has since gained considerable experience in the design and documentation for land development projects, roads and major projects. Josh has strong multi-tasking abilities which allows him to manage different tasks and work on several design projects at once while maintaining focus on delivering the best outcome to our clients. Joshua has also had experience in preparation and management of Urban Utilities standard and minor works processes.
Caio joined the team in 2022 as a Civil Engineer. He has been preparing preliminary design drawings to support Development Applications with Councils and also detailed design drawings for subdivision and town houses developments.
Tri joined Civil Works Engineers in 2017 and has since developed strong multi-tasking abilities to manage different tasks and work on several detailed design projects at once while maintain focus on delivering the best outcome to our clients.
Christian joined our team in 2019 and has since gained numerous experience in the civil construction field. He is currently part of our Construction Team and works as a compliance officer to ensure the construction works are in compliance with design drawings and local authorities’ requirements.
Herik joined the team in 2020 and has since gained experience as a civil designer and construction compliance officer. He assists our Construction Team ensuring the construction works are in compliance with design drawings and local authorities’ requirements. Herik’s expertise includes preparation of documentation to support development applications with Councils and also detailed design drawings for subdivisions, townhouses and commercial sites. Herik has also experience in preparation and management of Urban Utilities standard and minor works processes.
Lee joined the team in 2021 and has since gained experience as a civil designer and construction compliance officer. He assists both our Design and Construction Teams ensuring the construction works are in compliance with design drawings and local authorities’ requirements.
Renato joined the team in 2022 as a civil engineer. He has been preparing preliminary design drawings to support Development Applications with Councils and also detailed design drawings for subdivision and town houses developments.
